Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are unsatisfied, please message us within 30 days of your order delivery date. All inquiries can be sent to info@pooksbootsandjesus.com and we will be happy to address the issue. However, we typically will only refund or exchange in the case of manufacturing errors resulting in misprinted/damaged/defective items. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds in the event of buyer’s remorse.

We may ask that you ship the unused item(s) back before the refund or exchange is processed.

Criteria for returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and unused.

To start a return, you can contact us with your order number at info@pooksbootsandjesus.com. After discussing the nature of your return, we may ask for photos and/or email you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Wrong Address:

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our manufacturer’s facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed:

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our manufacturer’s facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable).

Exceptions / non-returnable items:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or paper products that have been written in or altered. Sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons. Any items that are clearly personalized for the customer also cannot be returned or refunded.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
